What’s the work that you do?
I’m a professor, and I also conduct research in both Antarctica and Greenland. My work focuses on determining the solid-Earth structure beneath these areas using different seismic techniques. These details allow us to decipher the tectonic history of the region and also provide important constraints for ice-sheet modeling.
What keeps you going?
I love to travel, and my job provides some amazing opportunities to do that. I also like working with students. Training the next generation of polar scientists is very rewarding.
What’s your message to the world?
