Mentorship program launched by Women in Ocean Science

Women in Ocean Science is launching a Mentorship Pilot 2026 — a 4-month, global, goal-driven mentorship program designed to support early-career women in ocean science and related fields.

This program connects selected mentees with experienced professionals for focused 1:1 mentorship, with one 60-minute online session per month. Each mentee applies with a specific next-step goal, ensuring the conversations are intentional and impact-driven.

Open to women students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals
